All UCSF employees, both on campus and at the medical center, are required to
sign the UCSF Confidentiality Statement and complete Health Insurance Portability
and Accountability Act (HIPAA) training. Documentation of individuals completing
the HIPAA training will be the responsibility of the unit providing the training.
Each unit sponsoring training will be expected to report which groups were trained
and when.
